Three Shires School of ReflexologySpotlight On Three Shires Reflexology 250 x 250
Milton Keynes, Warwickshire, Huntingdon

‘When I first decided reflexology was the career I wanted, I had no idea where this would lead me and how enthralling the path would be. 25 years on, thank goodness the therapy has grown in recognition with not only public perception but with medics too! By combining methods & techniques developed over thousands of hours in practice and by teaching those methods to small groups, the “Three Shires Experience” has earned a reputation second to none.  By the time they qualify, Three Shires graduates are complete & well-rounded reflexologists, able to make a real difference to their client’s wellbeing!’

Professional Reflexology is proud to officially announce the launch of our brand-new qualification, the Professional Reflexology Practitioner Diploma (PRD).

First of all, we would like to thank those who have already applied to teach the PR course either by opening a new school or in an established venue. Plus all of you who have given words of encouragement and support. We were genuinely excited by the enthusiastic reception to our initial announcement, and have already run orientation days for our first 3 schools, all of whom will be announced shortly.

Reflexology For Sinuses (A Client's Persepctive)

Having been born and brought up in Leeds, where the ducks flew backwards to keep the soot out of their eyes, I suffered all the variations of catarrh and regularly suffered from sinusitis which resulted in bleeding.

For years doctors had prescribed a variety of medicines and offered to scrape out my nasal cavities. When I asked whether this treatment would cure the condition, they more or less said they didn't know, but it might help. My wife bought me a session with my reflexologist as a Christmas present. I had little faith that this would help my problem so I didn't book another appointment. When my wife told my therapist that I had developed a cold following treatment and that my nose had been running for a month, she said that this could be the result of her starting treatment but as I hadn't returned to complete the recommended course she had been unable to help me further.

As my condition was severe and I had not found relief elsewhere I decided to set aside my scepticism and continue treatment.

Over the course of about six reflexologytreatments  my nasal passages had cleared. I hadn't been able to breath through my nose properly for around thirty years.

In those six treatments the lady did what the doctors had failed to do over many years. Of course, it didn't completely cure the problem because my sinuses are scarred and I do need regular treatment, hence a lady handling my feet on a monthly basis! However, this treatment has contributed to my quality of life on a continuous basis, and my wife is only too happy to pay for it!

I would recommend Reflexology to everyone.
