Reflexology is generally known as a relaxation therapy as it produces a state of deep relaxation and invigoration. However not all reflexology is the same, and there are many vast differences amongst practitioners and reflexology schools alike. Generally described as a relaxation therapy alone it's potential is not fully recognised. With the combination of effective techniques and the powerful Advanced techniques of ART™, reflexology treatments are enhanced in their effectiveness for treating many acute and chronic clinical conditions.
Hagar was awarded Honorary Fellowship of the ART Register of Advanced Reflexologists, in recognition of services to Reflexology in 1998.
Hagar Practices in at the Haelan clinic, Crouch End in North London and in her Kings Langley practice in Hertfordshire.
