Tamra Wychwood PRM
I am Tamra Wychwood, from Daisy Daydream Reflexology in Cardigan, West Wales. I trained with David Wayte at Jubilee College, Sheffield.
I live on asmallholding with my husband and3-year-old daughter. I grow my own lavender to add to Epsom salt foot soaks (prior to treatments). We have pigs, geese, ducks, chickens and grow all our own veggies. I love being outdoors on the farm, growing things, going to the beach, walking, eating nice food!
I decided to train to be a reflexologist after I had a course of reflexology to help me through a difficult period. I loved it so much and it really helped improve my state of mind. It made me feel good and sleep better. I thought to myself ‘I would love to do this for a living!’ Already a qualified nurse, who was frustrated with not being able to spend quality time with my patients I realised that I could possibly help people feel better through reflexology.
The best thing about being a reflexologist is to see a person ‘glow’ and look so at peace after a session with me! I really put my all into a session. I encourage my clients not to talk during the treatment, so they can best enjoy the ‘me time’. This also allows me to concentrate on sending positive energy to areas of need, improving their overall well-being whilst giving them a peaceful experience.
