- Products liabilityCovers your legal liability for accidental injury to anyone else, or damage to their property, through the use, sale or distribution of defective products.

Reflexology insurance: your questions answered
Do I need insurance to practise reflexology in the UK?
Insurance isn't a legal requirement for reflexologists in the UK, but working without it would leave you personally responsible for any claim. Most clinics, venues and clients expect you to be insured.
How much does reflexology insurance cost?
The PR member rate is from £57.95 a year for £4 million of cover, including Insurance Premium Tax. PR Full Membership is £69 a year or £7 a month.
Is insurance included in my PR membership?
No. Membership gives you access to our exclusive Balens insurance scheme and member rate. You then buy your policy directly from Balens.
I'm a student. Am I covered?
Yes. Student members have a separate policy that covers their case study work, and it's included in their student membership.
Which therapies are covered?
The policy covers over 130 non-intrusive therapies, provided you have proof of qualification.
Can international members use the scheme?
No. The Balens scheme is for UK-based members only.
What happens if I stop practising?
Run-off cover is included as standard. It protects you against claims made after you stop practising, as long as you held a policy at the time of the incident.
