My name is Ellena. I jointly own Brampton Therapy Centre which is a lovely fresh calm space with a courtyard garden on the outskirts of the market town of Chesterfield with my husband Robin who is an osteopath. We have a number of other therapists working with us and make a great team. Personally I am a clinical reflexologist (level 5 trained) with additional training in fertility maternity paliative care and reflexology lymph drainage. I also carry out facial reflexology (Bergman method). This therapy compliments my work as a hypnotherapist and ante-natal (hypnobirthing) teacher. Not only do I enjoy working with general health issues and common areas of hypnotherapy (phobias smoking cessation anxiety etc) I also use my combined skills to specialise in supporting couples trying to conceive using a combined approach of the fertile body method and reflexology.
