Katie discovered reflexology through having some treatments herself which had a huge benefit to her presenting symptoms. Katie was fascinated by the way it helped her which inspired her to explore reflexology further and go on to become a qualified clinical reflexologist to help others. You will be reclined in the reflexology chair with pillows and blanket for your comfort and relaxation. A treatment lasts for approximately 50 minutes. It is important to relax after treatment and drink plenty of water slowly to keep hydrated as the body detoxes. Reflexology is a holistic therapy and is not used to diagnose conditions.
