I am qualified to Centralia Reflexology Mastership Level 5. I have clinical experience with clients being referred to me from physiotherapists and talking therapy. I have a special interest in the mind-body connection to general healthcare.As a runner I have a keen interest in the benefits of reflexology before and after sport and I am qualified in the Sportsflexology technique. This provides treatment for specific injuries. It may help with rehabilitation of soft tissue mobility and the stability of joints. It is also applied for alignment and posture conditions and sporting injuries.I am qualified in RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) which is an award winning technique targeting the lymphatic system. There is lots of exciting research being carried out on this treatment and results appear to support the theory of reflexology. It is used to treat lymphoedema as well as other conditions such as arthritis asthma exzema ME and others.As a therapist one is learning all the time and I am continually updating my knowledge for professional development. I am passionate about the benefits of reflexology and strive to help my clients receive the most out of their treatments to optimise their physical and mental well-being.
