Sole Truth Reflexology

My interest in reflexology was first spurred when as a young girl I was given a few treatments to try and ease the symptoms related to chronic kidney failure. Back then it was not as recognised a treatment as it is today and was abandoned too early in my view as I can still recall the relief I felt from those few treatments. My interest in reflexology didn't fade away and over the past decade I had begun to research more and more about the effects and benefits of this treatment approach. Finally as a mature student I enrolled in a programme and became a qualified clinical reflexologist in 2012.Happily I seem to have taken to it like the proverbial duck to water and everything I have learned is so easily accessible and clear - it just makes sense. For me it has such convincing truth to it that I love introducing people to it and seeing them find the same truths.....mostly in the responses from their own bodies! Reflexology is not a new therapy there are hieroglyphs that depict hand and foot treatments in the time of the Pharaohs. With an increasing body of literature now available more and more people are finding their way to this treatment approach. So for me there is no need for convincing when it comes to the benefits of reflexology. It is a tactile therapy which comes with immediate results but it is the long lasting effects that keep clients using it as a complementary therapy of choice.You will feel at ease in my therapy room a quiet neighbourhood with sounds of nature (and a little farming going on).
