For the third and final installment of our mini Business Building series, Olivia is joined by the wonderful Kelly Hainsworth!

After qualifying as a reflexologist in 2008, Kelly has created a successful reflexology business based in Leicestershire where she specialises in women’s well-being and supporting bereaved clients’.

Following her own success, Kelly wanted to share her business and marketing knowledge with other therapists to support and empower them with their own businesses and created Love Reflexology in 2017. Love Reflexology is an international business support community and also the home of the Love Reflexology Directory. 

Kelly understands that working as a reflexologist can be a lonely career at times and wanted to create a community so therapists always felt supported. The ethos of Love Reflexology is Connect. Support. Empower, and it does just that, as it provides support on all aspects of running a business and has a caring community of 5,000 reflexologists and students. To support therapists further Kelly provides business mentoring and social media training to help therapists achieve their individual business goals. 

Not only is Kelly passionate about supporting her reflexology clients and making a positive difference to their lives, but also the reflexology profession as a whole.
