My name is Colleen and i am a Reflexologist in Nothern Ireland. I trained at the Sheila Nugent school of Reflexology Cookstown to an advanced level.. I am also a Psychiatric Nurse and have trained in Mental Health and Wellbeing. I have experience with children and adults with intellectual disabilities/autism and Aspergers ASD. I worked in this field for 15 years. I have competed the Judy Buckley Reflexology for special needs course. I have a passion for reflexology and its ability to calm the mind /body and Soul. I have also completed advanced Reflexology with Sheila Nugent. This incorporated maternity/ fertility /paliative Reflexogy. I have have a special interest in ASD particularly school avoidance . I am currently participating in a mindfulness/ Reflexology course . I am keen to put this into practice and help Clients reduce stress and live their best life .Create a great dayColleen x
