I have always had a keen interest in complementary therapies and have experienced various holistic treatments to aid my own wellbeing and encourage relaxation.I made a decision in 2003 after spending twenty plus years working for corporate organisations as a Sales and Marketing Manager to retrain as a Holistic Reflexologist. In 2005 I gained an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology.Nearly 20 years later and with many Clients enjoying the benefits that Reflexology can bring I am still as passionate about Reflexology as the first time I opened the course text book and was shown a ?map of the feet? relating to specific areas in the body.My interest hasn?t waned and every Client treatment I give I learn something new.I work from my home treatment room based in Welwyn Garden City and I am also able to visit Clients in their own home environment.
