Hi! Im Jo mum wife and owner of Jo Goddard Reflexology. I qualified as a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist with Jubilee College Sheffield in 2016. Since then I have worked in a clinic setting and also as a volunteer at a cancer support centre. I'm now delighted to be offering treatments from my own treatment room at home where I can give you a safe warm comfortable space for you to relax and totally absorb yourself in your treatment.After your initial consultation appointment which includes taking a full medical history and a one hour Reflexology treatment I will develop a treatment plan that is personal to you. We will work through this together to restore your body back to its natural balance.Whether you have a long term condition such as Arthritis IBS Hormone issues Back problems or you just need to re-charge and relax Reflexology will help to restore your bodies homeostasis leaving you feeling calmer and more in control of your health.
