First and foremost I am a mum! I am also a reflexologist and a meditation practitioner. I will soon be adding reiki and yoni steaming to the therapies that I offer.I have a Level 5 Mastership in Clinical Reflexology this is the highest qualification in reflexology practice. I studied at Jubilee College in Sheffield under the highly respected David Wayte one of Britain's foremost reflexologists. I also have a PGCE in English. I was taught meditation at Sheffield Buddhist Centre and I am incredibly inspired by the spiritual teachings of Ram Dass and Paramahansa Yogananda. I am committed to providing you with space and time to unwind from daily life and I am passionate about restoring connection in our modern world where it is very easy to forget. The difference in the way my previous clients have looked and felt before and after treatment is incredible!
