Reflexology Wimbledon

Reflexology Wimbledon is a clinical reflexology practice based in Wimbledon, London, founded by Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist Michal Kaspar.

Each treatment is personalised to the individual, using detailed observation and hands-on work with the feet. Rather than following a fixed reflexology chart, the treatment is adapted according to what is felt and observed during the session.

The aim is to create a deeply relaxing experience, help settle the nervous system and support the body’s natural processes of regulation and recovery. Treatments are suitable for people looking for dedicated time to switch off, reconnect with their body and support their general wellbeing.

Michal is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
