We are the only Reflexology Course in Cumbria offering this level of Reflexology training.

The venue is in the beautiful South Lakes area of Cumbria and is easily accessible via road and rail.

Our courses are accredited by ABC (www.abcawards.co.uk) and students are entitled to membership of Professional Reflexology and the Association of Reflexologists whilst studying and also once qualified. The qualification you will achieve is the level 3 diploma in Reflexology.

Teaching is delivered in small groups of 6-8 students in order to enhance the learning experience, with courses taught at weekends and also week day evenings to suit student requirements.

As a student reflexologist, not only will you learn about anatomy and physiology, pathology and how to give a reflexology treatment, you will also learn about other aspects such as diet, energy, meridians and other complementary therapies. Visiting lecturers will add to the learning experience.
